A method by which we communicate directly with our subconscious and in a simple and effective way we change limiting beliefs.
Psych-K® is a simple and effective way to change unconscious beliefs that limit you and prevent you from achieving your goals in life, such as: “I’m not worth it, I’m a fool”, “to be successful you have to work very hard”, “I’m not good at public speaking”, etc., for others that empower you and help you connect with the ability we all have to create what you want and deserve: “I’m intelligent and proud of who I am”, “I’m easily successful”, “I express myself calmly and clearly at all times”?
Psych-K® is pronounced “saikei” and means “key to the psyche”. It is formed by PSYCHE (psyche) and K de Key (key), Kinesis (movement) or Kinesiology, since in a moment of the process of changing a belief, a form of muscular test based on Kinesiology is used as a link between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind.
Psych-K® is based on neuroscientific research on the integration of the right-left hemispheres, or “predominant brain theory”. Many times it doesn’t matter if we put all our effort in asking or wanting something consciously, the unconscious will always boycott any objective so that we don’t achieve it, if in our mind we already have information contradictory to that desire.
With Psych-K® the resistance to the new idea is first reduced and then internalized through various processes that integrate the cerebral hemispheres, so that you can achieve any objective that you propose.
Physiological changes, due to the intense interrelation between mind and body (connection corroborated by current neuroscience) and on a personal level: more happiness, satisfaction and better relations with other people and with oneself.
